Shipping & Delivery
Every piece on our website is handcrafted by the designer herself. We try to keep great inventory and lots and lots on hand, but some pieces get so popular they may be out of stock when the order is placed. In stock items usually ship within 48 hours. Every effort is made to fill orders of out of stock items as quickly as possible. We will let you know of any wait but please allow 4 to 6 weeks for out of stock or custom orders..
We use the United States Post Office for all items and shipping will be figured at checkout. We charge the actual shipping price plus insurance. All pieces must be insured so that we may be sure of its safe arrival.
Privacy & Security

Protecting your privacy is very important to us.  We do not sell, rent or give out your personal information to third parties for any purpose.  If we do send you a promotional e-mail, you will be given the opportunity to decline receiving similar e-mails in the future. If you do not wish to receive sale or discount code communications from us, you may opt-out of receiving such promotional messages from us at any time.

Your information is sent to us encrypted through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection- the technical backbone of secure electronic commerce. We will NEVER release your personal information to ANYONE.

 

Returns & Replacements

Our goal is for our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases.  If for some reason you feel that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item(s) at your expense within seven (7) days after the ship date for a refund, less original shipping charges paid.  All items returned must be in original condition.  This guarantee does not cover items damaged during shipment as insurance is required.

 

Contact Customer Service at 212-217-9311 to receive a Return Authorization number prior to returning the item.  Shipments without this number will not be accepted.

 

Non-custom pieces can be sent back for a credit card refund, minus the shipping charge or a credit towards another purchase may be applied. 

 

Custom pieces – meaning pieces in a special size, with any sort of alterations or special ordered pieces are non-returnable and all sales are final.

 

The customer is expected to package the return merchandise with all original packaging, boxes and tags and include the original sales receipt.

 

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer’s defect with accompanying original sales receipt.  After seven (7) days returned merchandise will only be replaced with the same item.  If the item is not available, the Customer may choose another item of equal value.  If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.  The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual hand craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective.
